Empty cells are not removed automatically. The 30-cell grid includes them; check the source sheet and output page count before exporting.
Should I choose 2.25 × 1.25 inches or 4 × 6 inches?
Choose the stock you will actually print on. These sizes differ greatly; check barcode size and avoid scaling small product labels blindly.
Why are the label edges misaligned?
The sheet may have different margins, cell sizes or spacing. Do not export an incorrect grid; change the preset or use manual crops.
