How it works

Choose a top-half or left-half USPS layout, then check the crop before export.

  1. Choose your PDFs

Add one or more PDF label files.

  2. Check the crop

Choose a preset, inspect every crop and set the paper size. Full-page mode keeps the whole page by default. Click “Find content” to scan the selected crop and suggest a tighter boundary, then inspect the result.

  3. Save and print

Generate your PDF, download it and print a test label at actual size.

Frequently asked questions

Should I use the top-half or left-half preset?

Choose the preset that matches the actual label position in your USPS PDF. Check the page orientation and preview before generating.

Is USPS content always rotated automatically?

No rotation is correct for every layout. Check the preview; automatic rotation fits the selected crop to the chosen paper.

Can I remove instructions beneath the USPS label?

Crop to the complete shipping-label area, keeping required text and barcode clear space. Cropping hides other content; it is not secure deletion.

How should I print the USPS output?

Match the PDF and paper sizes, then print at 100% or Actual size. Check a test label against current USPS requirements; acceptance is not guaranteed.
